Do you offer balloons?
Absolutely! We provide balloon decor for any occasion. Whether it’s for a party, shower, community event or corporate gathering, we want to take your vision and bring it to life. Let us help you inflate and celebrate all of life’s moments! 🎈
Are balls included for your inflatable with the ball pit?
We offer free white and transparent balls when booking our inflatable castle with the slide and ball pit. Any other colors can be requested for a $50 additional charge.
Does the price include delivery and set-up?
We offer free delivery 20 miles within our Georgetown location. Delivery fees apply for all other areas and range from $25-$100. If you live outside of our free delivery zone, we recommend inquiring before booking for a quote. We deliver to Lexington and other areas of Kentucky on a case by case basis. Please email us for a quote.
When do you set up and pick up?
We handle setup on the morning of your party, typically between 7 AM and 2 PM, and will coordinate a specific delivery window based on your event's start time. If you require a special delivery time, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Our team will return for same-day pickup after your event concludes, ensuring we have time to clean and prepare the rental for the next day. Please note that pickups requested after 8 PM will incur an additional fee of $50.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit or debit card only. While we don’t take cash for rental payments, cash tips are always welcome! ;)
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.
Will the inflatables be clean?
Your rental will be totally clean! We wash, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each use.
What is your bad weather policy?
We do not set up in rain, thunderstorms, excessive winds (over 14 MPH,) or temperatures below 45 degrees fahrenheit. If these conditions occur, for safety purposes your booking will be rescheduled for a later date. You are able to reschedule for a date within one year of your original booking date.
If it starts to rain, thunder/lightning, or winds exceeding 15 mph occur during your event, please turn off the blower immediately. Your safety is our priority. No refunds after point of deliver so please check weather conditions beforehand for outdoor events in case you would like to reschedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non refundable, and there will be no refunds after the point of delivery. If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find a day for your special event. You must reschedule within 24 hours of the event.
What are the safety rules of the bouncy house?
If in an outdoor space, make sure sprinkler systems are turned off and the yard is cleared (animal waste, rocks, branches, etc.). There are no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen, marker, crayon, paint, etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. No flips or climbing the walls, and no overloading the bounce house. Adult supervision is required. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done.
Do you set up at parks?
We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks. It's your job to make sure it has an electrical hookup to power the blower. If the park does not, you need to provide a generator. Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance they need us to provide!
